Avocado

Avocado  (Persea americana, Persea gratissima)  Avocado oil is expeller pressed from the fleshy part of the Avocado fruit.  The unrefined vegetable oil can vary greatly in color, anything from a light yellow or green to a deeper richer color.

Avocado is a highly therapeutic, wonderfully rich exotic oil with high concentrations of Vitamins A, B1, B2, B5, D and E and offers the highest penetration rate of similar oils.    Avocado oil  is very penetrating and imports nutrients to the skin while softening and nourishing.

Dry thirsty skin, especially eczema and psoriasis, respond to its high Vitamin content.  You are feeding your skin with protein, potassium, pantothenic acid, and fatty acids.
